Hourly Service

Your company may benefit from a plan that allows you to be billed on an hourly basis for maintenance, upgrades, and support. Telephone support and on-site service is charged hourly, plus the cost of materials. For your convenience, there is no charge for local travel.

Support Agreement

Establishing a support agreement with our IT company may be more cost effective for your business. When you purchase a minimum block of 60 hours, which can be used as needed, you receive 10% off the per-call rate.

You will receive a monthly statement showing the time used during that period, which includes the purpose of the calls and your remaining time. Once the support agreement is used, you may renew it or choose to be billed hourly.
